“Sale experience was great. Walked me through several units and let me run on them to get a feel of them. After the sale, scheduling of the delivery wasn't great. They missed the scheduled date. Promise another date. They did end up keeping the second date but had to keep on top of them because it didn't seem like they actually had a schedule. They just seemed to go with the flow. The delivery guy was great. We got it in the room and setup. I didn't actually run on it until the next day. Started having issues with the treadmill immediately. It would cutout almost every quarter mile. The next day it wouldn't start at all. Reached out to them and was promised they would be out on Thursday. No one showed up. They promised me a couple other times to no avail. They seemed annoyed that I kept following up trying to get this thing fixed and basically told me not to call they would call me. Eventually the owner caught wind of what was going on and has provided exceptional service. He came out personally and worked on the unit late at night. It seemingly worked for a while and then started acting up again. They came out as scheduled and communicated well. Fingers crossed the unit will keep working properly and maybe if they don't they'll give me grace on the 90 day warranty with the amount of delays and problems. Sounds like they are having some growing pains on the operation side and have a plan to fix on the service and delivery side of things. Was the experience perfect, no. Did they come though and try and make things right? YES. Hopefully they continue improvements. Ultimately, they stand behind their items and make it right.”

“I cannot say enough positive things about Second Chance Cardio and the owner, Mike. I originally found the business through Facebook marketing and decided to purchase a treadmill from them. I live more than an hour away from the shop, but Mike still delivered the treadmill to me for their normal delivery fee without charging me anything extra for the distance, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, after receiving the treadmill, I discovered that it was faulty. I contacted Mike, and without giving me a hard time or making excuses, he told me I could return it for a full refund. That conversation happened all the way back in February. Shortly afterward, I was involved in a car accident that left me unable to take care of the return for several months. I was finally able to return the treadmill today, and Mike was a man of his word. Even after all this time, he honored exactly what he told me in February and gave me a full refund. That level of honesty, patience, understanding, and integrity is incredibly refreshing. Mike could have easily used the amount of time that had passed as a reason not to honor the refund, but he didn’t. He stood behind his word and treated me fairly from beginning to end. Businesses earn loyal customers not only by what they sell, but by how they handle situations when something goes wrong. Second Chance Cardio absolutely earned my respect and my recommendation. “Went there today with my girl, and they have SOOOOOO much equipment in there, you gotta move some to see others!! It's a "no-frills" warehouse, But they do have a good variety of selections; from elliptical machines to treadmills to stair climbers, & exercise bikes, and even some equipment for the physically disabled, which I thought was really cool. They even had a tanning bed in there - but since i already have the perfect tan, I bypassed that one. Some of the equipment is even brand new in the box!!! After talking with their sales guy for a bit, THE CLOSER comes out of the office, and he was very knowledgeable about the machines - but the one thing he did that sold me was avoiding trying to push something on us. He used to be in the fitness space, so he understands that it means more to discuss impact rather than dollars. All in all, a good experience, a good price, for some good equipment. Now, just gotta make sure my lady ACTUALLY USES these equipment!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 A+ in my book!! 😉👍🏾”

“We have purchased roughly $11,000 worth of equipment from Second Chance Cardio this month for our new wellness center in our small church near Columbus, GA. Words cannot express how accommodating the staff has been in ensuring that the transaction went extremely smooth for us. “Mike” the owner, kept his word from the start in regards to exactly which equipment he would allocate for us. His staff did an excellent job at ensuring that all equipment was clean, well inspected and tuned up prior to being delivered to us. The delivery process itself went very smoothly as our location was roughly 3 hours away from the warehouse (Over 150 miles). “I bought four pieces of equipment, the biggest being a refurbished Orange Theory treadmil (rower, stationary bike, cable machine) for our home gym. Wow, that thing is great. Fair prices, and the delivery by Morsell was outstanding. He went above and beyond with contact until drop-off. In fact, I had two deliveries, and I mentioned that the bike had a stabilizer issue. Morsell brought me another one that was a level above the other for no extra charge. I dealt with Donovan as my sales representative. He was extremely responsive and called a few days after to make sure everything was up to standard. It has been a month, and he just checked back in again, as did Morsell. I'm not sure what some of the one-star reviews I've read are about, but some people can't be pleased.
