Order Processing & Returns

Processing and fulfillment times vary by equipment tier.

Brand New Equipment: Tested, prepped, and scheduled within 3 to 5 business days.
Used & Serviced Equipment: Serviced, tested, and prepped within 5 to 7 business days.
Remanufactured Equipment: Built to order through our 7-Stage Process within 10 to 14 business days.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Call us at 404-438-9389 to request authorization.
Equipment must be in its original condition without customer-induced wear or damage.
The customer is responsible for round-trip freight costs (outbound and return freight).
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to cover re-inspection, testing, and re-palletizing.
