SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Name: Second Chance Cardio Equipment LLC Customer Care SMS Program
Second Chance Cardio Equipment LLC operates a customer-care SMS program for individuals who submit consultation or support requests through our website.
Users may consent to SMS messaging only by voluntarily selecting the separate, optional SMS checkbox on our publicly accessible online consultation form. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and users can submit the form without selecting it. A phone number is optional; providing one alone does not constitute SMS consent. We do not collect SMS consent through verbal agreements or advertised inbound keywords.
By selecting the SMS checkbox and submitting the form, users agree to receive one-to-one customer-care text messages from Second Chance Cardio Equipment LLC directly related to their submitted consultation or support request. Messages may include acknowledgment of the request, necessary clarification questions, answers to customer-care questions, appointment coordination or confirmation, and assistance required to resolve the same request.
This SMS program does not send advertising, promotions, coupons, unsolicited sales messages, inventory broadcasts, general quote campaigns, order notifications, delivery alerts, or unrelated recurring communications.
Message frequency varies according to the assistance requested. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent by us and messages sent to us. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Questions regarding text-message or data charges should be directed to your wireless provider.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again by completing the online consultation form and selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
