Cybex 750AT Total Body Arc Trainer

The Cybex 750AT Total Body Arc Trainer is a commercial-grade cardio machine designed for low-impact, full-body training. Built with Cybex’s patented Arc motion, the 750AT delivers an efficient workout that combines elements of a cross-country skier, elliptical, and stepper in one powerful machine.

Unlike the 750A Lower Body Arc Trainer, the 750AT includes moving upper-body handles, allowing users to train the arms, shoulders, chest, back, core, glutes, and legs together. This makes it an excellent choice for calorie burning, endurance training, strength conditioning, and total-body cardio workouts.

The 750AT offers 21 incline levels, a stride length around 23–24 inches, and resistance up to 900 watts, giving users a wide range of training intensity. At lower incline levels, the motion feels like a smooth glide. At mid-range settings, it creates an elliptical-style stride. At higher incline levels, it shifts into a climbing motion for a more intense lower-body workout.

With a durable commercial frame, eddy current brake system, contact heart rate monitoring, and a 400 lb user capacity, the Cybex 750AT is built for gyms, studios, hotels, rehab facilities, and serious home fitness spaces.
